“So, had to take back a pair of walking boots today. These had been fine through the dry summer but now the weather has turned I found out that they were not waterproof as described and the left boot had developed an irritating squeak when walking. “After i read the reviews I was very worried I ill be in for a disappointment but I had the best and the most smooth experience! My car was collected day after i started the claim and a week later I had a person calling me to discuss the payout. I got the money in my account a bit more than a week after that. Never was very long on the phone line really. I called twice to check on the progress and was updated. All staff were friendly and professional. I think its all down to the fact that when people have good experiences they forget to give reviews but when experience isn’t best they straight run online.”
