“We had a great time here, we stayed in Cabin 1 and it was so peaceful. We had our 7 month old to think about and this worked well as we could have dinner and relax in the evening and she could sleep in the cot in the bedroom and we wouldn't disturb here like we would in a hotel in one room. Staff were lovely and friendly and the site was clean. Hot tub was great to chill in the sunshine. Lovely walks around Dovestone Reservoir just a stones throw away. Have already recommended to family and would absolutely recommend again particularly for young families who like lots of countryside walks and exploring the local area.”

“Heard a new chicken shop opened up in my local area, thought I'll give it ago. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff. The food was really good too, I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal and a half peri grill chicken platter. The grilled chicken was really tasty and covered in a flavoursome peri sauce. The burger was huge, and the muffin couldn't cover it all. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and will definitely be coming again.”

“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life!
