“Having very little faith in hair salons after numerous bad experiences, I tried here as a last resort, following good reviews I'd seen and I'm glad I did as I've never been disappointed. Rowan listened to my concerns and wishes and pulled out the bag what I thought was impossible. “When, I first spoke to BLZ I was sceptical because the individual i spoke to was exceptionally nice, informative and helpful, I explained my situation in detail. The answer I received was encouraging and honest. I was told I may be timed out!, but they would except my application and move forward, they also informed me that it would be a long battle and not to get frustrated with the amount of time it took them to respond, they would only contact me when they heard something back from the MOD. it was a challenge, as the MOD had to deal with many thousands of cases. but BLZ kept up the tempo and pushed relentlessly because they were sure i would get something as my medical records indicated the problem. I never gave up believing i would get something, these people knew what they were doing. “Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”
