I brought my bmw 3 series in with a really bad power/misfire issue after calling up the afternoon before, they diagnosed and fixed it within 3 hours, they was so honest about what the issue was and the price was so much cheaper than what I thought I’ll be paying. “Had an issue with ‘defeating’ an airbag light (with additional seatbelt warning) on a relatively new Citroen Relay van converted into Campervan with changed seats. Been let down twice with people who could say they could sort it ‘no problem’. David came out twice to sort quickly, and then was tenacious in working through the issues (looking up info and working out what was needed) with newer vans (not just a case of putting in a resistor) with changed seats. Very pleased with tenaciousness. Thankyou”

“2 weeks ago i bought a new car and 2 days after i bought it some drunk lady hit it while it was parked so you could imagine how disturbing it must have been for me ,the damage wasn't the worst but it's a new car for me and the feeling was an absolute bummer for me so i needed someone with the best skills to make it like nothing happened! I wanted a clean nice job ,was introduced to this garage/bodyshop/mechanics and boy oh boy not only the charged a fair price but also the result is extraordinary! “Stevo is a mechanical legend. The Mrs, somehow broke my van side door - took it off the runners and wasn't able to lock/it was coming open when driving. As it came when I'd procured the van off a mate for the purpose of moving and she immediately broke the side door, I was less than impressed. Stevo to the rescue! Sorted the door out in less than ten minutes, real friendly bloke - perhaps the fixed door has rescued my relationship. Can't recommend enough.”

“What an absolute Gem of a find. Couldn’t ask for a more Genuine and Honest garage. Called in to drop Daughters car off after RAC couldn’t find the fault why it kept cutting out. Was supposed to be booked in for the next day hence just dropping it off night before. They had a quick look there and then (just past shutting up shop time). They diagnosed the fault and repaired it within half an hour. I would strongly recommend Family & Friends and most definitely be trusting them with my vehicles in the future. 10/10”

“We where looking for an outside brake tester to replace our old one. After googling firms we found MRB. They where highly responsive and Alan was quick to come out for a chat with us. Everything was explained to us. Pros/cons.. next steps. Once all paper work was completed and parts delivered. They came out to dig and fit the new brake tester. The work was completed smoothly and without any problems. Very friendly staff. Highly capable of doing the job. Mike- the owner came out to check on several occasions to see all was okay and to check we where happy with the work they had done for us. We where made aware that any problems we could ring them whenever. All technical details where explained to us by Joe- how to use the tablet, the brake tester. Nothing was too much for them.
