As a paying customer I turned up to collect my car and found not only did they do a courtesy valet on it but the technician and the director even took the time out to test drive the car to make sure it was running as it should, Max was extremely polite and helpful and talked me through every item and charge on the bill. Having returned from working in India I thought my battery had died, but turned out my alternator and belt needed replacing. Hamid was quick to identify the issue , told me where to buy parts . Once they had been delivered he came the very next day having already given me labour quote. He was punctual, professional and focussed and completed the job within the hours he had predicted.
