“After moving to Hale over a year ago now, I had put off trying to find a new hairdresser as finding one you can really trust is hard. So when I discovered The Knot on Instagram, I was comforted by their customer-first philosophy and the emphasis placed on an individual and tailored experience. My actual experience in the salon matched and exceeded my expectations! I was offered a drink on arrival and was given a beautifully presented mint tea with my favourite biscoff biscuits. I was lucky enough to have an appointment with salon owner David who made me feel comfortable right from the start and was so accommodating to my needs. He was so personable and kind, I really enjoyed our conversation, so much so I forgot I was having my hair done! The end result was nothing short of perfect and exactly what I had asked for. I feel so much more confident in myself and I am extremely grateful to David. He is an exceptional stylist and I will absolutely be returning and recommending the salon to others, including my mum who has just moved here and is looking for a new trusted hairdresser! Lisa made us feel so at ease and seeing reviews she had cared for other diabetic cats was a relief. We were delayed by 27hrs on our return and nothing was too much to help or bother for the extra night needed. Highly recommend. Love me, Dan and Bentley :)”

However I thought a little more could’ve been removed and I put all of this on an another review and she called me and asked me if I wanted to come back and have what I wanted removed.
