“When, I first spoke to BLZ I was sceptical because the individual i spoke to was exceptionally nice, informative and helpful, I explained my situation in detail. The answer I received was encouraging and honest. I was told I may be timed out!, but they would except my application and move forward, they also informed me that it would be a long battle and not to get frustrated with the amount of time it took them to respond, they would only contact me when they heard something back from the MOD. it was a challenge, as the MOD had to deal with many thousands of cases. but BLZ kept up the tempo and pushed relentlessly because they were sure i would get something as my medical records indicated the problem. I never gave up believing i would get something, these people knew what they were doing.
