“What absolutely brilliant service from Annie at the Trafford Centre Branch. I don’t live near a Lakeland so it was just easier to call and speak to someone about my hesitation on buying a high price item and enquiring what kind of guarantees Lakeland provide. Annie reassured me and explained everything so well and answered all of my questions; I had way too many. The customer service I received was exceptional, Lakeland have found themselves a great employee here. No doubt if I ever go in store there one day, I’ll know who to speak to. “I always use this shop when I needed to return my Amazon parcels as I prefer printing my labels at the store. I just need to scan my barcode and the touch screen machine printed out the labels for me. I’ll then sticked the return labels on my parcels and the person at the tills scanned a barcode on a small leaflet for me to keep with a reference number. I put the parcels at the back of the shop in a bag to be collected by the delivery driver. The opening hours are long.”
