“The burgers are on point, 7 of us got burger meal, wings and a wrap meal. We spent around £45. Everything was on point, the burger was succulent and the flavour was just perfect, the fries were perfectly seasoned and they just hit the spot. We drove 3 hours just to have these burgers. Definitely worth a try.”

“Got a takeaway it was piping hot when I got it. Everything was so flavourful and delicious. The chicken in sweet and sour sauce was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The woman on the phone was so nice, I called to ask about complimentary prawn crackers which they normally don’t do but she did them for me! Will be ordering from here again.”

“I tried this Chinese takeaway for the first time last night 06/05/24 purely because of its positive reviews. I was not disappointed. This Chinese should be proud of the standard of food they are selling, also the prices are still fair. It was a refreshing change. “I recently won a competition for a free meal at Gonbay. I remember this place from years ago and how good it was. We visited on Saturday night and was pleased to say it hasn’t changed a bit! The staff were outstanding and so welcoming. The speed of the food to the table was exactly how I like it. Enough time between each course and not waiting forever. The food was fantastic. Chicken skewers in satay sauce and honey spare ribs to start, followed by sweet and sour chicken , chicken foo yung, egg fried rice and salt and pepper chips for mains. All had a great taste and flavour and we were well and truly stuffed at the end! Thank you all so much and we will certainly be back very soon!”

“Really good Dim Sum lunch. Especially enjoyed the Siu Mai, savory croquetes and crystal crab dumplings. Make sure you order a portion of chilli oil, it's really hot and delicious. Service was quick and friendly and I was given a huge pot of Chinese tea. Looking forward to retuning and trying other parts of the menu”

The fire chow mein and seaweed is our favourite! Definitely recommend as the best Chinese in the area, and we love supporting local.”

“We turned up just as they were closing as we got stuck in traffic, we’re currently visiting family in the area and really wanted a Chinese before we leave tomorrow. The really kind Lady and gentleman opened the kitchen back up for us to cook our meal. We ordered a large amount of food between a few of us and it tasted absolutely delicious!
