“Staff went above & beyond to help ensure my Neoknitter's celebration party for my dear friends was a success. We had a lovely time & wish to thank staff at Massarella Coffee Shop for their help. In addition, making space to allow for Knit Knatter Wednesday morning meet ups at your lovely cafe. Thank you X”

“Great diversity always have things on stock, great value for money Ross always welcome me with a smile, family business owned they do care about the customers definitely recommend.”

“Great Greggs. Always clean and tidy. Staff are great and well spoken”

“I visited this cafe 3 months ago and gave it a poor review. Visited again today and it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, nicely cooked and presented hot breakfast, reasonably priced and clean tables. Excellent all round. I’ve found cafes can be different every day, depending on the person cooking and the person on the counter. Todays staff were excellent, helpful, friendly, and professional.”

“Service of this girls always smiles nothing to much for them”

“Amazing staff, very good environment for adults and children”

“Love this cafe order from the screen all food and drinks brought to your table not necessarily at the same time but the ability to be able to sit down wherever there's a free table for me is well worth the learning curve of operating the ordering screen”

“What a wonderful place! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor in every bite. The ambiance was perfect, a great mix of lively and comfortable. The staff were polite and very attentive, making sure we had an enjoyable time. The restaurant was spotless, which is always a big plus for me. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.”

“The food here is amazing. Me and my partner are very picky eaters so it's often hard to find food we like. We've tried multiple different takeaways in our area but this is the one we always go back too. We've been that often they remember us and ask us if it's are usual. The foods always roasting hot and doesn't taste cheap like some places do. Whenever we've had an issue the owner is always happy to listen and let's us know he'll sort it right away, which he always does. For example I love the nuggets they server there and one evening the nuggets I ordered didn't taste how they originally did. The next time we visited we let him know and he explained that his supplier has been given him cheaper versions of the supplies he ordered and was already onto him about it. Soon enough the next time we went in the nuggets were back how they use to be.”

“Great customer service and all products are stocked well”

“Takeout only shop. The pizza was excellent with super sauce and toppings and a very reasonable price (12.40 for a 14” large 4 seasons). “Normal” choices too - pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, etc. Great and friendly service too - they threw in a free order of chips with the pizza. The rest of the menu is limited and I can’t speak to that, but for pizza it’s a 5 star!”

“Quick post work shopping for some cider. No headaches.”

“Very modern looking Starbucks with high ceilings and lots of light. It would be nice to see a bit more colour, but does provide a nice calming environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and although they were rushed, still took the time to apologies for the delay and made sure my order was OK. My drink was delicious as always.”

“Really helpful staff! And delicious food. When I messed up my order online tonight, the team and manager were really helpful and got the order sorted instantly on the phone. I was impressed! Thank you, team!”

“I live just across the street and regardless not using it for my general shopping I pop by for everything forgotten during main one. Very nice and welcoming staff, always helpful and kind”

“Have been a few times now and love their pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely need some more gluten free options which are very limited. I also had to clear a table today as the three tables at the back had rubbish and used cups on them. There were about four members of staff so this wasn't great but five stars regardless as the place is lovely, staff friendly and drink delicious.”

“Lovely place, tasty food, would always recommend it without hesitation”

“Ordered delivery, chips were amazing, super crispy and hot, clearly they put effort into keeping the oil clean and ensuring food is fresh. The owners are doing charity work with these amazing prices too, you can spend less here to get better quality than other places. Thank you to the staff and management for working so hard, it’s appreciated.”
