βFriendly staff. Option for collection or delivery. With collection you can earn a second large pizza for free! I think it's a great deal. I'm satisfied with the quality of their fast food. My favourite - and never been disappointed with- the pepperoni one. Once we ordered for delivery. The pizza arrived within time, was piping hot! The location is so where between Bootle and Aintree. A few more businesses on site, with free parking.β

βRainy Sunday afternoon, we caught them just before they closed because it wasn't busy. Made to feel very welcome, and the food was delicious. I had the comte & asparagus tartine, served warm with a lovely side salad with a mustardy dressing. Friend had the sausage & bean cassoulet with the most perfect fried egg on the top. I can't wait to visit again to try more from the menu. Got takeaway cakes & can highly recommend the hazelnut torte.β

βLove visiting this location on my way to the office 2 days a week. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Big shout out to Harrison who after a couple of visits remembered my name and order. She always greats me a smile and asks how I am which is going the extra mile. Harrison also recommended the app to me. I am served often by Maisie who is also friendly and efficient. Thanks Sophieβ

βTook my amazing girlfriend for a surprise treat before going to chester. Well worth the hour and a bit drive. What a gem. Quirky tearoom set back from the road. Service was amazing and people very chatty and genuine. Even had a free library for you to take a book home with you or swop on your next trip. We had an afternoon tea. It was delicious and plentiful. We can highly recommend this place. Great value for money.β

βKind & polite service from the 4 members of staff working on Sunday afternoon. Happily sat where I wanted. Well decorated and colourful inside with loads of plants on a few different levels including hanging baskets. The coffee latte was very tasty and I popped in some brown sugar. Good blend, good temperature, good beans. I was asked about allergies and milk options, which was professional. The cafΓ© was kept very clean despite the rainy, windy weather outside the Chester Rows on a blustery Sunday. A perfect pitstop for a Dad-AKA-taxi-driver for one of my kids volunteering for an hour or two for their Duke of Edinburgh.β
βThis was our first experience with an English tearoom and we are so glad it was at the delightful Dormouse Haven. We had arrived early to rent a Black Prince narrowboat for the canal and Petra warmly welcomed us to stay out of the rain as long as we needed while waiting for our boat to be ready. As tea-naive Americans, we enjoyed her recommendation for Yorkshire tea, and the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea sandwiches, cakes and scones. The food was absolutely delicious and obviously created with passion. Too much for the two of us to eat so we took the leftovers and enjoyed them that night on the boat. And then some for breakfast the next morning. As a couple of artists, we really enjoyed and appreciated the creativity of the Alice in Wonderland decor and atmosphere. Petra's vision for the restaurant is really cool. And thanks so much to Petra for the hospitality. A highlight of our first trip to England!β
