“As a new golfer, I first went to Richard for a club fitting. I was immediately impressed by the data analysis he presented to me after I tested a number of different brands and models of irons. This allowed us to make an informed decision when choosing the set to order. Once my set of irons arrived I initiated my first block of lessons at The Golf School. As anyone will know who plays golf, there are so many elements to a golf swing but the highly technical launch monitors, camera systems and teaching aids that Richard uses at his facility really help you to understand your swing and see the impact when you make changes. When things don’t go so well you can more easily identify which area you need to work on too. The indoor facilities allow you to continue with lessons and practice no matter what the weather, enabling further improvement throughout the winter season when you might otherwise have not been out as much as you would have liked. Richard is a great communicator and he ensures you have a clear understanding of his teaching. He is informative and friendly and delivers his lessons in a relaxed environment. I am incredibly pleased with the progress I have made since having lessons with Richard and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their game technically but also psychologically.”

“Today, I took part on the barge experience as a staff team building exercise. This consists of a range of therapeutic activities, such as: meditation on the barge and outside in the wild, a talk and drawing exercise and completed with a sound bath relaxation at the end. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. An opportunity to be at one with yourself and with nature, feel free and an opportunity to take time out and be reflective. The facilitators, Shazia and Fearn were fantastic, very experienced and welcoming too! “Was given a voucher for here as a gift. I had a full body, deep tissue massage with Carmen. Carmen used various techniques to relieve my tension and aches. I like a firm massage and Carmen certainly did that. She did check the pressure was O.K. I have a bad lower back and Carmen did lots to help relieve this. My shoulders were also very tense and Carmen worked her magic. It definitely was a deep tissue massage. I felt great. Afterwards Carmen talked to me about my body and the parts she worked on. Carmen was very professional, put me at ease and explained some of the techniques she had used. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thank you.”

“CITY performed well, Bunny did great becoming the first to net over a hundred goals. Fugino played really well getting possession taking the ball up the wing and then putting some brilliant crosses in. However Bunny got the first goal but later, Fugi got a well deserved goal. A few near misses and two goals ruled offside seemed to take the heart out of Villa, and City ran amok.”
