I’ve had two sets of diamond earrings made by Alex and I’ve also had my diamond ring taken apart and reset. Alex is super knowledgable and advised throughout the process, using CAD as a design tool which allowed us to see and sign off the ring prior to it being created. “I have to say I was crying when my 9ct yellow gold beads were tested with 18k acid . It turned my beads brassy brown. I was devasted! I brought them to Natasha’s mum who previously fixed them @ swinton diamonds&gold Natasha has some how (buffed) them and retained my gold .
