“My family and I stayed at Pillo Rooms in Chapel Street, Manchester. We had a wonderful stay, the property was clean and comfortable. The internet connection was fast and the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive. The location of the property is ideal, closely located to shops, a cafe and a gym are both situated opposite the property. Access to public transport was very good. There is a supermarket within a 5 mins walk from the property on the same street and a larger supermarket 15 mins away. Overall we had a great time!”

“Sat down for a cup if tea and some food with my daughter. The fish was cooked perfectly and the chips and gravy reminded me of the old days. Beautiful service.”

“Really clean and in a quiet area. Large comfy room with no carpet on floor (big bonus). Friendly staff. Breakfast included, bagels, toast, yogurts, juices, fruit etc (no cooked breakfast). Bus stop just opposite the entrance with direct lines to Manch Victoria”

“Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . “We haven't lived here long but the main spotlight of the place is the beautiful esmeralda, she always welcomes you in the morning with a smile and assists in the best ways possible. The place is always spotless and makes the place feel more comfortable.”

“We had a great stay, the room was great but they are very warm. Great location for Aviva studios, just a short walk away. There is a small car park which we had no issue parking in during the week. Its 15 pound for 24 hours paid via Ringo. I left my kindle there and after some back and forward, I did eventually receive it in the post.”

I primarily interact with Kelsie, Laura, and Florin, who consistently go above and beyond to assist me with various property-related matters. Even when I am unable to personally visit the development to aid a tenant, all three of them willingly step in to help in my absence, despite it not being mandatory for them to do so. I am genuinely grateful for their dedication and proactive support. Their efforts have truly made the process seamless and stress-free for me. “So clean in the corridors and entrance halls. Good security making you feel safe. Great sainsburys just down stairs and a 2 mins walk to the quays. Free bus to peel Park uni just outside and a tram stop also. Great views and apartments are lovely.”

“The staff are very friendly and open-minded. The room itself is very nice and has been renovated, and the bathroom has also been modernized. High praise for the ladies down at the bar, which also serves as the reception desk. On my first evening, I asked for a new room because the ventilation was too loud, and I was promptly given a new one. Breakfast was good aswell. A good experience :-)”

“We stayed in a family room on the top floor. The room was clean & spacious & good amenities. It is an old building, not fancy & steep staircases but if you are ok with this then it's a great place to stay. All the staff in the hotel & down in the pub are brilliant, very welcoming & accommodating & they obviously get on well. Our breakfast was included as we booked direct & we got 20% off food & drinks at other times. The food was very nice & large portions. Excellent location especially if you're at an event at the AO Arena.”

“It’s a great place to live. I’ve been renting in Riverview for 3 years now. I live in a one bedroom and find the apartment to be a decent size with stunning views ✨ Affinity has also a good sense of community, people are very friendly and there’s so many dogs which is brilliant. I’ve had only pleasant experiences with the staff, they’ve always been helpful with my parcels or enquiries. Love living here!”
