“We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. “We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things.
