“Apartment was clean, spacious and all the kitchen utensils and appliances were very handy. Property was easily accessible and a great location with shops and takeaways close by and for getting straight onto the motorway. We had a very comfortable sleep and would definitely choose to stay here in the future. The free street parking right next to the property was a plus. All round excellent stay and great value for money.”

The chicken donners were really nice and the special onions really complimented it. 100% we will be using them as our local regular for kebabs!”

“Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”

“Chelsey was very friendly and seemed really invested in the welfare of our two guinea pigs, asking lots of questions about their likes and dislikes, as well as their behaviour. She did a great job cutting their nails and they seemed quite content when I picked them up. It was also nice to see photos of them on Facebook while we were away. Will definitely return!”

Booked in a clean for an apartment the day before a tenancy started and the guys performed a full clean at short notice and even removed all of the previous tenants belongings for us making it perfect for the incoming tenant to move into. “Super workplace coffee shop in Exchange Quay. Easy to drop in for coffee with a group - never a long wait and very quick service. Great quality coffee, and 50p off when using a reusable coffee cup. Many other options such as alternative lattes and teas. Also new cakes & pastries available each week. Small seating space downstairs, or large benches and sofas for groups upstairs.”

Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel.
