“For the second time in the last few weeks we have just ordered kebabs from here. They were delivered in 40 minutes, were phenomenal and better than anything I have had in Rusholme before. The lamb tikka, chicken tikka and seekh were amazing and I would highly recommend.”

“This is the best in Chinese takeaway in Tameside . We have been a few times now and the food is absolutely delicious every single time it’s cooked to perfection and the taste is out of this world . I’m always spoilt for choice as the whole menu is amazing and the owner is always very patient and friendly and helps me decide, we have had chicken and garlic, salt and pepper chicken, beef chow main, salt and pepper crispy beef, salt and pepper chips, seaweed, spring rolls, prawn toast and we give it all 10 out of 10 and they have new salt and pepper box’s which again look amazing we will definitely be trying these next time. You will not be disappointed at all ordering from here so please give it a try and I promise you won’t to go to any where else again.”

“Ordered for the first time on Uber as there was an offer. Great food! Generous portions, ordered Black Bean and Szechuan and both had a good amount of meat (not just onions and peppers like some). Also ordered the Crispy Assorted Dim Sum Special which was great value and had the thickest Prawn Toasts I've ever had! Definitely worth every penny and will be ordering again”

“Heard they just got new owners so went in to try. Instantly I as I go in, staff were very friendly. I got a doner and chips, and garlic bread pizza. The food was incredibly fresh, chips were crispy and doner was tasty, not to mention the pizza was cheesy and crispy. 5/5 definitely recommend.”

“After reading other reviews I must say I'm shocked. I've used the CO-OP in its old location and here. I found the staff lovely and helpful. They never seem to stop, be it reloading shelves, getting uber orders ready or just cleaning the shop. They will always stop to help. (I my case usually to add milk to the coffee machine). It needs to be remembered that this is effectively a very busy local 'top-up' shop, not one where there is time to stand around. If you need to use the till, or need help with the self service, tell them. They are not mind readers but busy shop staff. The same staff who kept the shop running through the pandemic. I have seen first hand the grief they get. They truly are lovely people. Give them a chance.”

Since moving here in Feb 2021, me and my boyfriend have ordered from here once a week and every single time we are astonished with how incredibly delicious this simple fried chicken can be. The 1* reviews on here are definitely fake. Chicketos is one of the greatest fried chicken establishments in Manchester.”

“I have bought from this branch a few times over the years and I have always found the staff to be lovely and professional. A few years ago I had an issue with a table that arrived damaged but wasn't damaged in store. The staff here sorted it. Then a few days ago I ordered two couches and the woman on the till who took the money for the couches had written I paid for them but hadn't put the delivery date for the friday in the diary. So I waited in and they didn't arrive. Spoke to a guy with a lush irish accent and he sorted it to arrive the next day. He was very apologetic and dealt with the problem quickly. So all the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience. The items in the store seem to be in good condition. Theres a mix of preowned and new. The new items are more expensive but the preloved are reasonably priced. The two couches I got were about 300 in total for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and they're well made. They don't feel as flimsy as an ikea couch, they feel stronger.”

A few items missing here and there due to the current situation of the country, if I can't find what I need there is always a variety of stock to chose from.
