“I came in with my granddaughter last week, and I must say, the food was exceptional! Upon walking into the establishment, it felt as if we were transported to New York. As a proud American, I must say I felt right at home! My granddaughter, on the other hand—who is very hard to impress—took her time, but by the time the food arrived, her demeanor had changed. We ordered the Benny's Burger, the schnitzel wrap, and the sweet potato chips. I have to mention that my granddaughter did not make the life of the young lady at the till easy. With the number of notes my granddaughter gave for her schnitzel wrap, I was sure she would be laughed at by our server. Instead, we were met with kind responses, smiles, and absolutely no issues. The food came out very quickly, and all three items we ordered were presented exquisitely! Every note was followed perfectly. The service was probably the best I have experienced in this otherwise abysmal country. I come to England at least twice a year from New York to visit my children and grandkids. I try to give each one time alone with me so I can give each the attention they deserve. My son had mentioned that there was a splendid restaurant I had to try; he has ordered Uber delivery from you a few times. I truly recommend the dine-in experience! I will definitely be returning the next time I come to visit the kids. (I do apologize, as I had intended to share the photographs that were taken. But sadly, only my granddaughter took photos—she has the better phone and therefore the better camera—and she seems to be taking her time sending them to me.)”

“Fantastic lunch today at this hidden gem! Lovely friendly service, generous portions and everything we had was totally delicious. The aubergine starter was gorgeous and the lamb shish perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will definitely be back!”

“Originally we ordered 3 curries and two of them were lovely but one was a bit too sweet. We told the restaurant and they could not have been more accommodating. They replaced the curry to one that was far nicer and the meal was amazing. We will definitely return!”

Only had a brew and a cake but it’s spacious, light and airy, with nice, big booths and a sunny back yard (looks like a good set up for DJ’s too) Coffee was good, sweet stuff was from Silver Apples, so pretty familiar and more than decent quality. Staff were super friendly. Will definitely head back and try some proper food and drinks soon”

But the tuna tartar, pea risotto, tempura, and the lemon sole were absolutely amazing. Do not miss the orange flavoured white wine from Mendoza Argentina. It significantly enhanced our experiences, highly recommended! The service was attentive, knowledgeable abs kind. The atmosphere also provided a relax and mellow environment. The music played was also the right volume (hate it when some places are so loud you just want to leave!) We will definitely be back very soon.”

If you have any dietary requirements, you can just call and they are always super helpful with telling you what is vegan/vegetarian etc. Really reasonable prices and a treat that we look forward to, especially on a Saturday night in!”

I've eaten Indian food all my life and this rates right up there with the best. And the prices are very reasonable. I know I mentioned the friendly staff, but I'll do it again because they are. I do a lot of reviews and I normally like to take some pictures and include them. For some reason every time I visit the Prachee I forget to wait for photos and just start eating straight away.
