Throughout the process, Symone was super responsive, providing updates along the way and always kept me in the loop with her design progress and creative ideas. The studio is gorgeous, a super relaxed space where I felt comfortable and safe. Symone answered all my (probably annoying) questions and made me feel at ease the whole time. 3 day sittings later I have a gorgeous, permanent art piece and I will be back for more. They had a cold once we got them home and Pets at Home took them to the vets in the shop, got them both treatment and paid for everything, such superb customer and pet service :) We now go here for all the piggy requirements.”

I was messed around with them for almost a week and because I got my warranty from argos I went in store and spoke to a lady who I believe is called Paige, she handled everything for me and spent over half an hour on the phone to them ensuring I had everything sorted. And on my behalf filed a complaints form. The epitome of good customer service”

First time I was not very impressed as was looking like products used were quite aggressive and left my dog al itchy for a few days, but this time after speaking to the staff all went perfectly.
