They arrived on time and fixed the problem by drilling into the ceramic outdoor pipe, and removing the blockage that was caused by lead inside the pipe breaking away which had built up over time. 2 good guys who sorted it, grafted for an hour then charged me a really fair price. It’s also in a great location on Elk Mill Shopping Park with plenty of free parking right outside, so it’s very easy to pop in while doing the rest of your shopping.
