It is so important to get good customer service in stores, restaurants, beauty salons etc, the product is important but for me good service sells me every time. For the record the sofa is gorgeous! “Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“From the moment we visited this beautiful store the service was perfect. Lots of help and advice from Lauren in choosing our suite which was appreciated and we weren't put under any pressure to buy. We did order a suite and took delivery of it today. Gavin & James were extremely careful both in bringing it into our home and assembling it, taking care not to damage the furniture or our home. The suite was perfect. Fantastic service from start to finish and we would highly recommend this store.”

“First trip to Oldham town centre for almost 50 years! Oldham road once had pubs on almost every corner as you headed there from Manchester City Centre, many from the long gone Oldham brewery. Madge fancied a trip on the Metro and we spotted this pub in the CAMRA Good Beer Guide. Well worth the trip for just this corner pub. A bank of ten real ales. Great vibe plus a front pavement seating area. Madge found a new Oldham brewery..We are Wolf. Bar snacks incl sausage rolls. Great visit.”

“I highly recommend this place for those who eat vegetarian or vegan. The food is delicious, especially the masala dosa, chana masala and poppadoms, and chutney tray. Also, the dessert carrot halwa with ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the dining area as well as the deli area was very impressive. I would come to visit again soon.”

“Visited this place as the reviews on Google looked amazing. We arrived for brunch and we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff. The place was about 10% full, which was great for us! This place has a good selection of breakfast/brunch options, as well as many savoury, desserts, ice cream flavours and hot/cold drink options. I eat vegetarian, vegan and halal food. this place is 100% halal. We got the Berries, Pancake Stack, Turmeric Latte, Brioche French Toast and an Iced Latte. We did have to wait long for our order, however it was well worth it. The berries pancake stack that I had Was deliciously light and airy. I could tell it was made fresh. The menu did not mention the addition of chocolate sauce on the pancakes, however I wasn’t fussed about this. It was actually a nice addition to the dish. The turmeric latte was also tasty, and made me feel nice and warm. As turmeric does not properly mix properly with liquid, there was some turmeric left at the bottom of the mug, however I didn’t mind this. Overall, we had a very positive experience at this place and I highly recommend it to friends, couples and families!”

“Perfect local pub. Family friendly, great atmosphere, warm welcome and so, so friendly. Great range of beers and spirits and an unrivalled juke box. Large room for functions with djaying facilities and in the summer there are plenty of tables outside with beautiful views over the green and beyond, all the way to Winter Hill in Horwich. Thank you for making us feel at home. Lots of laughs and a great day/night. Stayed far too long! Will definitely return again and again and again! :-)”
