It’s meeting Saskia, Harvey, Toby and Chris that makes me want to go daily. They make a great team - everyone is made to feel welcome and special. They work incredibly hard and are a credit to the wider Kickback team. If I could give 6 stars I would!”

The place is always clean and clear, with a comfortable atmosphere and welcoming owners serving fresh food and kind, sincere service. I highly recommend visiting for breakfast or lunch whenever you are available - you will enjoy the experience. But you may have to schedule your visit if you plan on afternoon tea - it can be busy for good reason!”

It was super cold, but we cosied up in a little hut with a wood burner, cushions and blankets and a stunning view (dress warmly). The drinks were divine and food delicious. In the outskirts of the city for the day, I only had a short hour to find somewhere to eat & drink - Capuchin was the perfect little location! I initially walked past the door the first time, looking inside but being informed to go someplace else (close-by) which was supposedly the place to go... It was meant to be though because this location was being re-furbished & therefore, I came back here & was glad I did. The food was delicious & the coffee even better! I was served quickly with a friendly smile & the food didn't take too long to come out either. I can't remember how much it all came to but it wasn't a bad price & something totally expected for a good quality brunch & coffee. Would return & recommend a lot in what seems to be a competitive little corner (street). Well done guys!”

The lady behind the counter was so friendly and cheerful — she greeted every person who walked in with a big smile and genuine warmth. “Every time I come I'm met with a hello from the staff and seated as quickly as possible. It's not a huge place, so as expected from somewhere in demand due to the quality, you have to wait sometimes for a table. Always worth the wait though!! If it's super busy, so the fire exit isn't blocked, you may have to wait outside for health and safety reasons, no biggie but come prepared if the weather is questionable. Great coffee from a local roastery in Bolton and a great menu that isn't overbearing. The chorizo hash is a must have, I get this every time! If you can finish the pancakes... fair play to you! They're awesome but HUGE! Get a doggy bag! Bring all my friends and family here when they visit and they always love it. A great spot with quality that you'd expect to find in the city and coffee to rival the best independent coffee shops.”
