“Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! I expected a bit of a simple, quick service being later but Shelly was friendly, listened to what kind of style I like and took her time. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.”
