“We have been seeing Jenny for over 2 years since our son was 8 weeks old. He was born with Spina Bifida, we started going to Jenny to ensure he was meeting all his mobility milestones. Jenny is really experienced and knowledgeable, helped so much with advice, and lots of tasks to practice at home. Seeing Jenny has been one of the best decisions we made. Our son has full mobility and probably would have had anyway however having regular appointments has given us the opportunity to learn how to help his walking journey with confidence and guidance. She has picked up on things we wouldn’t spot which helped when we meet with the consultants. Would really recommend”

“My little one has been going here for a year now and honestly its the nicest nursery. If your kid is outdoorsey this is perfect place as the kids go out for walks round the park and play out a lot. The girls looking after the kids are amazing and attention to detail to each kids needs are looked after well. Would reccomend.”

“The best nursery we could have picked for our daughter. We chose Kinder Giggles because it was small and has a family feel to it. My daughter was born during lockdown and had some health issues and i felt supported by the staff in making sure she was safe and settled. She absolutely loves her time at nursery with all of her friends. We are kept up to date with all of the amazing activities they do throughout the day. Management have always been approachable and flexible if I have needed to change days or times. We have used other nurseries in the area for my other child and feel they have not been at the same standard as what kinder Giggles is. Thanks everyone for all of your hard work xx”

“My daughter has been going to Space Station since she was 14 months old. She has been very happy in all the rooms from babies through to Waddlers and Toddlers. She loves playing and dancing with her little friends and the staff make a really big effort with lots of great activities and themed weeks. Kim - the manager - is always very responsive, helpful and accommodating and was from our very first visit to look around. My daughter used reusable nappies and staff were happy to accommodate these too. I would definitely recommend Space Station!”

All the staff accommodated her individual needs, constantly checked in with me about her development, I received regular updates about her week, she loved the food provided and most importantly they provided a safe environment for her throughout the time she was there. “I cannot recommend Educare enough. From Becky, the manager, to each and every one of my son's key workers throughout the three years he has been there (Kirsty, Nicola, Emy, Alicia, Lizzie, Amy, Elena), I have always felt he is in the safest hands. Every member of staff is just the loveliest - they put tonnes of effort into the activities they plan, and parents are kept up to date with progress and pictures. Nothing is ever too much, even when I call up in the middle of the day because "he just seemed a bit sad this morning and I wanted to check whether he's cheered up and now having a good day!". They don't just give it lip service, they keep me on the line as they go to check on him, and will pass me on to his key worker if a bigger update is needed. Any time he's had a bump or fall (he's a kid, it's going to happen!), it's been recorded, and I've had a detailed account of exactly how it came about - which ALWAYS matches up to my son's description of the event, too. I really do love all the staff here, they provide a really personal touch which makes the world of difference. And to have your kid come home and say their key worker is their BEST FRIEND is the most heartwarming thing ever. He feels safe, and so do I.”

“An amazing team of dedicated childminders. Jade, Gem, and Janet are an absolute joy to be around and work with and they really know how to connect with children and make them feel comfortable. Our little one loves them and loves going to the nursery, and there are always fun new activities to do and learn from. Lots of new friends have been made and it has become like a second home. We are kept updated throughout the day with a daily diary and photos on our own personal group chat. We would not hesitate to recommend the nursery to anyone looking for dedicated childminders. She loves her days here, even when she is a bit apprehensive to leave me the ladies are so lovely and quick to update the baby's days app with pictures of all the interesting things she is getting up to, which puts my mind at ease. The nursery has such a lovely feel to it, different to other nurseries in the area. The updates you receive on the app throughout the day are reassuring which are then backed up by the big smile on my daughters face when I pick her up and the stories she has to tell me about her day. We’ve found that the staff have been professional and caring at the same time, making the transition to our daughter attending nursery a smooth one. They cater to her individual likes and needs and we know she is in good hands with people who genuinely know and care about her. All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “I've been sending my children to Mulberry Bush (Dumers Lane) since 2018 and I'd never consider another nursery. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, they form such a personal bond with the children. I feel happy and comfortable that they are there for my children whilst im work to give them many experiences (and cuddles!) When my 3rd child came along there was no question that I would also be sending him to Mulberry. They have external agencies come in to teach them languages, see different animals and even visits from the emergency services. They are outstanding in every area especially with safeguarding.”

“Paintpots is an amazing nursery. My little boy has settled in well and has flourished due to their care and attention that they provide daily. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I receive a report at each term end with my little boys progress and a daily report on the app to highlight the daily activities and foods that he has eaten. On pick up I get a run down verbally of how he has been, which is very reassuring that they are looking after him and monitoring him all the time. I would highly recommend paint pots nursery. I understand how important it is to place your child at the right nursery and feel confident that they are being looked after. I can't praise the pre school room members of staff enough, they are truly amazing!”
