“Amazing authentic food and brilliant friendly service. We ordered from the evening set menu. Fresh Lobsters dish made to order and cooked to perfection. We visited during December and even had evening entertainment. Perfect evening all ages. Plenty of parking (4 hours on first floor, ground floor is 90mins as ground floor is mainly used by supermarket customers). One of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester. Highly recommended.”

“Haven’t been here for a good few years. Used to go regularly but got bored of the flavours and prices went up. Went today as we were craving for authentic halal Chinese food. The food was amazing. From the squid to the prawn balls. The egg fried was nice. The best had to be the roast duck in black bean sauce. The flavours were deliges and the duck tasted good. The complimentary prawn crackers were a good touch. Will be definitely coming here again soon.”

The menu offers a fantastic selection of authentic Chinese dishes, and every bite was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the Casserole, it was cooked to perfection! “I've had sushi from a few places in Manchester and most have been priced well in excess of Sake. I've eaten from Sake a few times now and each time the sushi has been fresh and flavoursome. The rice is cooked well. Not under or over sticky and prepared just right. I had the 12 piece variety sushi and I had tuna, prawns, mackerel octopus , salmon and a fish I didn't know lol. All very fresh. Was also served with some extras for free. I never comment on food but after so many disappointing sushi bars and restaurants have not met my expectations I think this place deserves a shout out and definitely for me is 5 star for sushi. My son also loves the chicken Ramen soup.”

“Best food I had in MY LIFE - I don't understand the ooga booga about the service because my friends and I had a pleasant lunch there. Shoutout to the lady who served us (I believe her name is Brita), she was extremely welcoming and provided excellent suggestions for our first meal. We had the Baked Portuguese Chicken with Rice, Baked Pork Chop with Rice in Tomato Sauce, Fried Vermicelli with Satay Beef and the iconic French Toast. All 3 proteins were cooked to perfection. I was extremely fortunate to have an ultimate dining experience and finally understanding the expression of ‘food melting in my mouth’. At one point, we took a pause from eating as we felt that we were unworthy of savouring such delicacies. We will return for more. Considering its location, it is definitely a hidden gem in Manchester, if not the United Kingdom!”
