“I had an absolutely brilliant experience at Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore in Ashton and I can’t recommend it enough. Walking into the showroom was genuinely impressive — it once had hundreds of sofas to choose from, and even now the selection is still fantastic. There were so many styles, colours, and materials available that it really felt like there was something for everyone, whether you’re after something modern, traditional, or just super comfy. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team I spoke to was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest advice, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. You can tell they know their products well and really care about making sure customers leave happy. After looking around and trying out a few options, I found the perfect sofa, and the whole process from choosing it to arranging delivery was smooth and stress-free. I’m absolutely buzzing to get my new sofa next week — the quality looked amazing, and the price was great too. Overall, my visit to Factory Outlet Sofa Superstore Ashton was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Great selection, amazing staff, and excellent service from start to finish. “My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

“Just wanted to say that the delivery man who always brings us our food, ALWAYS makes the effort to come up the stairs to us, despite letting him know that we would come downstairs to collect our food due to being aware of his knee being in pain. He is always so friendly and welcoming. As we only order food from here now and again we always forget that it is him who will be bringing the food up. You’re a very kind man and deserve a medal as you work very hard and nothing seems too much to ask. Thank you :)”

“Ordered tonight and they didnt get the pizza toppings correct, a quick call to the restaurant and they had us a replacement pizza out and it was with us within 20 minutes. Great service here with no fuss or arguing. Perfect service given to fix a small problem. 10/10 would order again just for the fact they took ownership of their mistake and fixed the issue.”
