You can tell they know their products well and really care about making sure customers leave happy. After looking around and trying out a few options, I found the perfect sofa, and the whole process from choosing it to arranging delivery was smooth and stress-free. I’m absolutely buzzing to get my new sofa next week — the quality looked amazing, and the price was great too. “Booked a bottomless brunch, quick service and great food and drinks. We did the £5 upgrade for the better cocktails - worth it! Downside, both people had to finish their drinks before being served the others so if one drinks fast, and the other doesn’t you’re losing out because the drinks aren’t flowing. However worth the money. Would book again.”

“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted.
