“The best fish ’n’ chips in the area. PERIOD. Anybody saying the Kingfisher on Parrin Lane is better — and the other comments — listen up. Yes, they are super friendly at the Kingfisher. They also close at 8:30, not the 9 p.m. this one does. And you can’t complain that this no longer takes card payments because neither does the Kingfisher, but this at least allows bank transfer — so basically it takes card payments. Also, saying it’s expensive? Last night I got a LARGE FISH & CHIPS with a pot of GRAVY and a pot of MUSHY-PEAS (both of which are far superior to Kingfisher’s) for £11.20. I think that’s very fair. I’m posting the pics here so you can see how amazing they are — and that’s after going to Lidl and walking 10 minutes home. Hot, delicious, and not greasy. 10/10. Give them a try at least once so you KNOW for yourself. :)”

I live in flats and had come downstairs to collect, he told me next time I don't need to come down and he would bring it to my door which I thought was lovely. “Without doubt the best Indian takeaway I've ever had. The paneer tikka and accompanying peppers and onions had a beautiful tandoor flavour. I'm also in love with the Old Delhi Style Butter chicken - the chicken is so tender and the sauce is absolutely addictive. Really soft and flavourful naan as well.”

Didn't catch up any names, but all need a big pay rise working really hard in the kitchen and cleaning tables. “Had the King Kebab. Wonderful. Could easily feed 4 or 5. Everything was so fresh and tasty and it even had Onion Bhajis and roasted peppers on a bed of chips and naan bread. Their own chilli sauce had a real kick and it came with a separate salad, and sauces. Delivery was quick and guy was very pleasant. Recommend for a great treat.”
