“Better late than never! Finally tried this chinese after years of driving past it! And how I'd wished I tried it sooner. Chicken wings were gorgeous along with the foo young meal and the curry sauce was one of the best from any Chinese I've tried recently. Will definitely be stopping there more often in future.”

“Can’t rate enough everything is bang on. The dumplins and jerk chicken are to die for and so is everything else I’ve tried. The customer service is excellent and the Bakewell cake and wide variety of drinks are amaaaazing deffo my favourite place to order from”

“I’ve been coming to The Hare and Hounds in Middleton week after week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the classic Sunday roast to the rotating chef’s specials, the food is consistently 10/10 — it’s far beyond what you’d expect from pub food and easily rivals high-end restaurants. Every dish is beautifully presented, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are almost unbelievable given the quality you get. Drinks are also great value, with top brands served at very reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, no matter how busy it gets. They always do their best to accommodate everyone including dietary needs, and make you feel right at home. “They'd just opened, I plonked myself on a seat and ordered a breakfast muffin, it's literally still in my hand now and it's 'effin delicious. Friendly and quick service, freshly cooked and I live nowhere near but ill come again when I'm on training at the brewery. Could not recommend more.”

“Taxi Drivers around Manchester have been telling me about this place for so long with rave reviews and I didn’t take their advice until this weekend and I’m on my 5th consecutive day ordering. The Kobedi’s (kebab) are absolutely unreal (Sahara Grill Rochdale restaurant level) so this is my go to order, however I’ve sampled the Chicken and Lamb kebabs too and they’re unreal. All the meat is quality and cooked to perfection in the clay ovens. When I say this is the best takeaway I’ve ever had (to the point of me deleting my JustEat and Domino’s app) you better believe it. Unreal.”

“I can’t thank this place enough! My car broke down on the motorway and I ended up just outside the restaurant. My phone was dead, and they kindly let me charge it inside. Parking is a big issue in the area because of a nearby concert, but they found a space for me and let me leave my car there overnight. They even gave me food while I waited — and Mr. Shah refused to take any money for it. I honestly can’t explain how grateful and happy I am. The kindness and generosity they showed me was incredible. Truly amazing people — thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“Beautiful, traditional pub ran by a fantastic landlord and landlady. Bar staff are excellent and it's just a really friendly pub. They are following all the Covid rules, unlike some places and have a small beer garden for the good weather.”

“Always great food at reasonable prices. Delivery drivers always polite on arrival even when I’ve not had change to tip, which is rare for me because I really enjoy the food so try to always tip. Ordered on New Year’s Eve and it arrived in 25 minutes. I never usually leave reviews but have been ordering from here a few years now and feel they deserve it.”
