“Lovely friendly staff. Daughters swimming teacher Fran is awsome with her encouraging and engaging and pushes her when needed. Only issue is with the selfish people who leave their belongings in the cubicles rather than using the lockers of which is there plenty my daughter is a teenager and body aware so prefers to be in a cubicle rather than the shared changing room area.”

Chloe and Margaret in customer service were fantastic – friendly, efficient, and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble, and their communication made everything smooth and stress-free. Chris, the Damage Assessor, was also excellent – incredibly thorough, highly knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He explained everything clearly and gave real confidence that my car was in safe hands. The repair itself was flawless, with real attention to detail. I was also provided with a courtesy car which was absolutely immaculate – a really nice touch that just added to the overall quality of the service. The whole experience was seamless, and it's obvious the team at Parkway Prestige take real pride in what they do. A truly professional and meticulous outfit. Returned some boots on the second day of the Christmas sale - exchanged for a pair of different boots and shoes - the shoes weren’t in stock so she found me a similar pair to try on for size - she ordered them online for me for delivery to my house - such an easy process, no rushing, dealt with Farah (store manager)....... absolutely 10/10”

“Lovely early morning breakfast today, the cafe was busy already at 0920. The service was quick the food was served hot drinks were hot and the food was brought to the table. The restaurant was clean and the location was lovely. Christmas tree has been put up the Christmas feel is out , love it. Staff are lovely one even said is it too early for Christmas ? But what let them down was there was no soap in the loo’s! I went into two loo’s there was no soap first thing in the morning. It should have been replenished, if it had ran out. A replacement of a pump soap may be ? This is a let down!!! Restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are pleasant. The decor is lovely.”

“Me and my mum went to zizzi on a Sunday afternoon ( expecting it to be busy but pleasantly surprised and was quiet plus school holidays) I had a free birthday meal to use and have been meaning to go to zizzi for a while so perfect opportunity Prior to going already knew what I was getting the vegan aubergine meatball pizza and 6 layer lasagna ( both cooked to perfection and went very well together!) The pizza had a spicy kick , super thin base and delicious toppings while the lasagna had a unique layers with a rich tomato sauce , pesto and crispy kale ( if seen in supermarkets and been tempted to buy from the freezer but glad I had in store ) The service was professional, welcoming and super good with allergens , overall a great time and highly recommend For families , dates , solo the perfect meal that’s reasonably priced , have a range of offers and deals plus if you get the app get perkz like this so the bill was 1/2 price and came to 2 for 1 on mains plus had a cider”

“Best pharmacy hands down, gone are the hours and hours of hanging round a lloyds or rowlands while the staff have a chat in the back leaving you standing round for ages, Truepill is the future, put your order through and within 47 hours meds are at your door, nice delivery staff and great customer service, for those who complained about weekends it is a local courier service so bare this in mind as most don't deliver at weekends so long as you order sensibly with at least 2 days before weekend you will get your meds, would 100% recommend.”
