“When, I first spoke to BLZ I was sceptical because the individual i spoke to was exceptionally nice, informative and helpful, I explained my situation in detail. The answer I received was encouraging and honest. I was told I may be timed out!, but they would except my application and move forward, they also informed me that it would be a long battle and not to get frustrated with the amount of time it took them to respond, they would only contact me when they heard something back from the MOD. it was a challenge, as the MOD had to deal with many thousands of cases. but BLZ kept up the tempo and pushed relentlessly because they were sure i would get something as my medical records indicated the problem. I never gave up believing i would get something, these people knew what they were doing. I am happy to say the MOD caved under overwhelming evidence presented by BLZ, I very pleased i chose them and fully recommend them to anyone seeking compensation for any hearing loss during their time in the forces. “This is a really good garage. I have recently used them to solve a difficult problem with my Hyundai dpt system. The work was carried out efficiently and effectively and I was able to get an appointment so much quicker than going to Hyundai. The great thing was that I was kept well informed about costs and progress and could asks questions which were answered honestly by Steve. I learnt so much from him about how the situation had arisen and as a result I will change the way I approach driving and maintaining the car. They are excellent—— use them.”

“Excellent dental practice. My young daughter had some dental trauma, and the first dentist she saw left me feeling I needed a second opinion. Worried she was going to lose her 2 front teeth and have a GA, they fit us in with no charge, spent time with my daughter (age 3), and really put our minds at ease. She is likely to still lose both the teeth, one sooner than the other, but all being well, it will be a natural process. Paul went above and beyond for us. Thank you.”

“Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care!
