Upon calling the team, they answered the phone promptly and assured me that I could bring my car in for immediate attention. Sure enough, at 3:30 PM, I received a call notifying me that my car was ready to go—ahead of schedule! Their efficiency and professionalism left me incredibly impressed. The outstanding customer service extended beyond the technical work, creating an inviting and pleasant atmosphere. “Brilliant professional friendly service from start to finish. Jon talked through all the options and choices and made the whole process smooth. Craig the fitter is a perfectionist and it shows in the attention to detail. I was really impressed with the lack of mess as my kitchen is only small but everywhere was cleaned up each night. From Craig the plasterer, Chris the Gas fitter/plumber and Reece and Daniel the electricians the whole process was slick. I would thoroughly recommend Millshill Kitchens and Bedrooms without hesitation. Tiling separate.”
