“Naomi groomed both my Miniature Schnausers. This was only the second time they'd been professionally groomed (first time by someone else )so I was unsure how they would react. I can honestly say right from the start, Naomi made a big fuss of the dogs, petting and talking to them and I think this helped to calm any nervousness. They looked and smelt amazing when I picked them up. Naomi did a fantastic job and even popped a colour co ordinated bow on each collar, which I thought was a lovely, personal touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naomi, she is friendly and professional and made a sometimes anxious experience a very calm and pleasant one!”

She settled in wonderfully, and we feel so reassured by the care and attention she receives. The staff are approachable and accommodating, always ready to address any questions we have. It's been lovely to receive daily updates, including photos of her happily participating in various activities. We have also had the opportunity to spend time with her in nursey during special events that they have held.
