She only takes one dog at a time and so you are sure your dog receives her undivided attention, allowing them to build a trusting relationship with her. “There are not enough words to describe just how AMAZING Mandy is! We are relatively new to Hot Doggy's but every time we have collected our little girl she looks like she's in a beauty pageant! Mandy is so precise with the way she cuts and styles dogs, I haven't seen anything like it before (not to mention how beautiful our girl smells after she's been pampered!). From first meeting Mandy there was just such a positive vibe and you can tell just how much care and love she has for the dogs she grooms. We honestly couldn't ask for anyone better to groom our girl. Mandy is just flawless and such a warm and kind lady. (Seeing little Arthur on our visits too is just the cherry on top! He's gorgeous!) “I've used this shop several times even though it's not local to me, its a proper old school shop manned by blokes who know what they are talking about unlike some of the national chains out there. My latest visit was to purchase a new battery for my Seat Leon they tested the old one and explained what the issue was and the fact that the battery was on its way out and the fact that this was causing several functions on the vehicle to shut down and create warning lights as the car was trying to conserve power by turning stuff off. Great shop”

Shiva always dealt with me as visited for skin care, she suggested micro needling, hydra facial and some effective injectable vitamins. I went for micro needling and vitamin C it’s effective for my skin condition as I have dark spot and hyperpigmentation. Good services and impressive results. “We have taken the kids a few times and more recently attended a Peppa Pig party to celebrate my son and daughters 3rd birthday. The place it's self is a little small but has a lot to offer we particularly like it because of the sensory room which offers a clam environment for my son. The twins also enjoyed the interactive room and the main soft play area which is great for young children. The food in the cafe is very nice offers both hot and cold food. Great place, great people and would highly recommend”
