“We've done Hannah's Bloom classes both at Gatley and Cheadle Heath. The classes are entertaining and support little ones' development but Hannah really is the star of the show. My daughter is captivated by her, and she knows all the babies by name. She creates a welcoming and safe atmosphere and after a tricky start with numerous health problems, she helped make my first venture out of the house with my baby a really positive one. I go back to work soon and I'm gutted that I will miss our weekly classes.”

“You rarely get the good service these days but yesterday evening a member of staff at the store (around 7.00pm) name John was very helpful indeed. He went out of his way to help me wiht the self service and also pack my bags. It is worth calling out when you get exceptional service. It doesnt cost much to do. “Love a Sunday morning shop when the doors open at least 20 mins early. We are often out of the door with a weeks worth of groceries by 10.05. Middle isle always worth a look for weird and wonderful things too!! The self checkout area is very handy when you only have a handful of items”

“I love going here. The shop is well laid out with different product sections. Some stuff (particularly food stuff), you can't get in the average supermarket. Very reasonably priced - bargains even like in the name. Selling a mix of premium and own brands. On street parking in front of, or car parks nearby.”

“Good shop, never too cluttered always has something on sale aswell which is brilliant if your struggling but want to treat the kids to something new. Staff are always friendly I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone and I’ve been coming to the shop for 8/9 years ish. It’s always clean too never dusty things on shelves, I recently was missing part of my online order so emailed with all the information they obviously got the email and responded with a resolution within 24 hours the one time I’ve had a ‘problem’ and I’m happy with the way it’s been handled. Basically now the item is sold out they have offered to refund me or swap it for a different doll with next day delivery or I can collect the same doll from further away as Stockport haven’t got it. I got apologies, I got the doll sorted out and we’re all humans mistakes are going to happen it’s how they respond to the complaint that makes a difference. The doll will be here in time for my child birthday and that’s what matters! I’m happy with the response because at a different shop all together I’m still 4 months later trying to prove I never recieved anything, entertainers systems are all kept up to date as they were able to tell instantly my item hadn’t been dispatched rescinded quickly.”
