“I'd highly recommend eating at the Clink, the food was great and it was for a good cause. We would visit again if we're in the area. Perfect if you're visiting Quarry Bank. We had a lovely Sunday dinner here, with the lovely veg and roasties. The charred mackeral starter was marvellous, as was the panna cotta. The staff were pleasant, with great service and reasonable prices. Good toilet facilties, including disabled loo. Access ramp in place for wheeled entry, terrain mostly flat with parking located near the entrance”

“I absolutely love this place. First visited 20 +years ago when they first opened and I lived in Manchester. I now live up North near Penrith so it’s a treat when I get to visit and I feel like a kid in a sweet shop… The selection is incredible, the price are good, presentation is beautiful. The BEST bread for miles (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - be quick it gets sold out fast) extensive range of fresh coffee beans sold by weight, huge range of craft beers and organic wines, local cheeses, most every spice you can imagine, all your specialist ingredients AND bespoke organic veggie boxes - order via the website! Seriously great shop. Also the flapjacks are top.”

“My mum and I visited the farm shop and cafe and had afternoon tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. They provided great veggie options and it was overall delicious. You could add on a glass of Prosecco or a larger for an additional cost also. The crockery was lovely and the staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend !”

“First class! I booked here for my 50th birthday and had a great time. The manager had kindly decorated the tables so that it felt like a party. Even though our tables had to be socially distant they still made or feel special. The food was good excellent. They had made platters of mixed starters for each table that were huge portions and delicious. Everyone was really happy with their main courses. The calzone is enormous! The octopus pasta superb! I can’t thank them enough for the service, welcome and food. I think I’ll be a regular in future!”

“The food here is amazing, they adapt meals to your own taste (extra spicy), they will do whatever they can to accommodate your needs, lovely staff, the curries are amazing, my favourite place in Sale (tiny downfall is it can take a while to get served when busy but it’s worth the wait, great people, definitely recommend”
