“My little Cavachon Dylan has just had dental surgery. Quoted for 1 tooth removal and scale and polish - ended up with 6 teeth extracted. I was so shocked! However - no extra charge, so I was reassured that it was absolutely required. I was worried sick; as were not exactly wadded! Such a relief and the after care has been exceptional: A thorough explanation on pick up. A follow-up appointment booked. A phone call on the Saturday after surgery... We have Dylan's health plan with Vets for Pets and we used the out of hours prior to his op (thinking he was in pain). Because we saw a nurse ()ovely) and not a vet - so no charge for the reassurance. Best thing I did for Dylan was to register with this practice - they are wonderful with him.”

“Wayne is friendly and very professional. My newly revamped pond is lovely with very happy fish and frogs. I'm so thankful as he wouldn't normally have come this far north to Morecambe from Manchester. If you want him and you do want him, bribe him with a comfy bed and homemade dinners. She advises us on brushing techniques & the state of our teeth, fortunately, up to now, neither of us has required any work. And the banter after the check up is always top notch, too.”

This was my first time in the salon with the lovely Megan, and what a wonderful experience it was. You are made to feel very welcome. I was offered a drink straight away and received a lovely fresh coffee in a Cafetière on a tray. What a lovely touch. Megan was absolutely fantastic with me, and so knowledgeable. Having been light blonde for many years, I decided that now was the time for a complete change and to go darker. I listened to Megan’s recommendation on how to achieve this gradually, which I appreciated. It was so interesting just watching intently as Megan went to work. Well, all I can say is wow!
