“Scheduled appointment online following an ad I saw for a free check-up on an early Friday afternoon, and I got time off work accordingly. I arrived to find nobody was at reception and the front door was closed. No response from any numbers provided either. Not at all impressed. However, Tomasz very kindly called to apologise for the inconvenience, explained that he had a family emergency and promised to rectify the issue with a free teeth whitening or £100 credit, on top of the free check-up I had originally scheduled. The service I received was very accomodating and made the whole experience very pleasant.”

“Rob is my dentist and recently I needed some work which it was carried out over several weeks. I can honestly say he is unbelievably professional, through and I was informed at all times of what the next step was going to be. Needless to say I’m very happy with the outcome. He was assisted by Emma which was also very professional, lovely and attentive. I would definitely recommend the whole practice.”

“Wow! I was referred to Alderley Edge Dental for wisdom tooth removal, having all four teeth removed. Julian and Lucy were nothing short of amazing. I can be quite nervous when getting dental treatment, Julian talked me through everything, answered any questions I had and explained what was happening throughout. Lucy was fantastic in offering me support, words of encouragement and a hand to hold when needed. Aside from the care, compassion and empathy they both offered, we also had a real laugh (which helped with my nerves). I appreciate you both so much, thank you for everything!”

“Sam did an excellent job cleaning the double oven in my shared house. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in at least four years and Sam managed to make it good as new! He was very professional and personable throughout. I've recommneded him to my landlord and hopefully his services will be booked on a regular basis.”

“5 star treatment. I chose Mossley Dental Care for my orthodontic treatment. I was throughly informed about my options and types of braces available for the treatment I needed. I chose a fixed damon brace and couldn't be happier. Appointments are often and always available. Which helps with the timescale of treatment. I had a small abcess develop on a wisdom tooth. I called the practice and was seen the same day. I was given antibiotics and received an email a few days later asking how I was getting on, if things hadn't improved, they would book me in for another appointment. Luckily, this wasn't warranted. I really have been blown away with the level of care I have received not just from my orthodontist but every member of staff. A special mention to the reception staff who never fail to great you with a big friendly smile. I really couldn't recommend mossley dental practice enough. If I could give ten stars, I would!”

“As always, a totally relaxed & professional atmosphere when my son & I visit. We have been with Sharan, the principle dentist, for well over 10 years, and every time we are made to feel welcome & at ease with our check ups. She advises us on brushing techniques & the state of our teeth, fortunately, up to now, neither of us has required any work. And the banter after the check up is always top notch, too.”

Was able to book in as a new patient for examination online easy, even got lucky with next day availability. 2. Follow-ups and automated notifications, no chance of forgetting your appointment. 3. Appointment was prompt and effective - in and out with next appointment booked in 20 mins and had all questions answered, thank you to Dr. Mohammed and assistant. Only critical feedback is to update the clinic location on Google Maps, it was not clear to me that it was located in the Brinnington Health centre :)”

“Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “I started going to Chester Road dental care approximately 2 years ago along with my 3 children (1 x 7 years and 2x 4 year olds). From the start all staff have been kind, welcoming and patient. My dental care has been really straight forward but my 3 children have a bit more challenging. Initially all 3 were nervous and would only stand in the room and not even sit in the chair or open their mouth. Lisa recommended coming every 3 months to slowly build their confidence. We have been doing precisely that and now all 3 sit in the chair, have their teeth checked and even have the fluoride paint on their teeth! We have now moved to 6 monthly check now that they are a lot more comfortable with the process. They all love coming now. Thank you to Lisa and the team for their patience and understanding.”

“Had root canal treatment from Mr Charlesworth. Everyone at the practice was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can't fault the treatment at all. Mr Charlesworth was very reassuring, before he started he advised me they could adjust how they worked or stop if I had problems. Which made me feel a bit more in control and therefore more relaxed. Once I'd had the injections I found the procedure absolutely fine. Receptionists and the rest of the team all very helpful. Great practice, would recommend.”
