“Highly recommended to anyone needing dental work done, the team here go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and take pride in the standards of their work. After my false crown finally gave up after a decade, cracking the tooth root in the process, I needed to understand my options and what choice was right for me. From the very first consultation Phil and the staff were excellent, explaining to me all options, possible risks, what to expect and how the process would work. They showed me the scans so I could see for myself what was had happened and what could be done. I chose to go for a dental implant which, given we are hopeful it will last decades for me, is actually a responsible investment to restore my smile. Although quite unsettling for me, both to actually lose a tooth and also to face an unknown surgery involving worrying phrases such as 'drill into the bone' and 'reshape the gums' Phil has seen this kind of problem many times before and his confidence in being able to make it right counts for a lot. I left the building with a timetable of my treatment and the price quoted was the one I paid, it never changed. After a few weeks of treatment I have now had the old root extracted and implant placed in one session, and recently had the permanent crown fitted after allowing a few weeks for healing. It was all done with care and consideration and I am so pleased with the result. The only time I was a little sore during the process was after the extraction, which is to be expected, but I was handed a bag of aftercare products and followed up on by the staff the day after. A week or so later I was fine. I felt nothing as the implant was set into my jawbone, and only a pinch when the permanent crown was set into the gum. Should you need dental work doing then do consider these guys, they know what they are doing and take a personal satisfaction in doing the job well.”

“Great experience with the family for my daughter’s birthday. We did the tea party room. Harder than what we thought it would be but very good fun. Very well put together and great back story when we started to set the theme. Would definitely recommend and will be returning to do another escape room in the near future.”

“All our family went for a Christmas meal on Saturday evening and then onto the Stockport Plaza to see the pantomime. Zizzi had a Christmas menu that was £30 per person for 3 courses. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very good. We had fantastic service and very friendly staff. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend Zizzi for a family meal out.”

Luckily i was seen immediately and the procedure was carried quickly and efficiently. “Bit late as it was a couple of yrs ago after being butchered by my own dentist. Tried googling as I’ve got the same problem again. (What happened last time - I needed a tooth extraction and due to past experience the dentist I had before always dressed any extractions due to my blood not clotting well. She told me to tell any other dentists in the future so when she left & a new lady started & I needed another extraction I told her n she accused me of trying to tell her how to do her job! She didn’t dress it. Within an hour of leaving I was back in the chair n she put more pain injections to the point my mouth was that swollen my I could hardly breathe. She stocked me up then she left her shift. I was in agony all night! Next day I got an emergency appointment here as mine was closed. The lady here that treated was going mad at the state of me. She cleaned me up, DRESSED the area and within mins the pain started getting better! Never seen the new one from my own dentist again (think she was sacked) - ffward to today. Had another extraction on thurs by new male, I am in a lot of pain, huge lump on side of my face. Took over 18hrs for bleeding to stop despite him putting some type of brown fibre stuff inside. He split my gums a few mm in 5 places & split my lip during extraction. (I’ve had 7 pulled up to now due to complications with health n no fault of my own) so I’m gunna ring these on Monday n hopefully they will look after me as good as last time. (The woman who helped last time was romanian and was absolutely LOVELY with me & very very gentle x”

“I called on the Monday Morning at 8.30 and had an appointment by 12.30 same day. I have a huge fear of the dentist, I had an infection which they prescribed Antibiotics for and an appointment for today for extraction. The service i received from Rebecca was exceptional, she was gentle knowing my fear and explained everything, she has such caring and professional manor. All the staff in the practise were fantastic. I am now booked in for a long over due check up and to have some extra work scheduled. Thank you for being so understanding and supportive of my fear.”

Was able to book in as a new patient for examination online easy, even got lucky with next day availability. 2. Follow-ups and automated notifications, no chance of forgetting your appointment. 3. Appointment was prompt and effective - in and out with next appointment booked in 20 mins and had all questions answered, thank you to Dr. Mohammed and assistant. Only critical feedback is to update the clinic location on Google Maps, it was not clear to me that it was located in the Brinnington Health centre :)”

“Overall I always have a good experience at Ethos Dental, excellent Dentist and receptionists, my only small complaint is, sometimes the unavailable waiting time, with people late etc, on my recent visit I was a 09-30 appointment, checked in and sat down waiting, I could see the surgery door open and chatting/laughter coming from there, expecting to be called any minute but no, another guy came in 5 minutes after me, the previous appointment, he went in virtually as he arrived, to my mind he should have been made to wait and I should have been seen before him, so I presume that's why appointments run late. “I started going to Chester Road dental care approximately 2 years ago along with my 3 children (1 x 7 years and 2x 4 year olds). From the start all staff have been kind, welcoming and patient. My dental care has been really straight forward but my 3 children have a bit more challenging. Initially all 3 were nervous and would only stand in the room and not even sit in the chair or open their mouth. Lisa recommended coming every 3 months to slowly build their confidence. We have been doing precisely that and now all 3 sit in the chair, have their teeth checked and even have the fluoride paint on their teeth! We have now moved to 6 monthly check now that they are a lot more comfortable with the process. They all love coming now. Thank you to Lisa and the team for their patience and understanding.”
