“Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.”

“Despite my slight hesitation at using a homeopathic practitioner, I was immensely impressed with his medical knowledge and I learned considerably more about my pain in this consultation than in all the other consultations with other medics combined. Long story short - he advised me to slightly increase the standard over the counter painkiller I was currently taking by 50% (which he sold along with other less conventional medicines) and said I should expect results in 3 weeks time. “I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 25 years (along with my three children). I started out as a nervous patient but that is, happily, a thing of the past! In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators. In summary, I love my dental practice and really appreciate them!”
