“One of my favourite places to eat in the whole of Manchester! I genuinely went 4 times in one week before they closed for Ramadan. The food is: fresh, filling, flavoursome and SO tasty. Everyone who works there is lovely. I’m looking forward to visiting when they reopen! ❤️ This place is truly something special!!”

“Chilli Club was the perfect place to go for a quiet mid-week dinner with friends. The food was delicious, the service excellent and it was good value for money. Some people might find it a little too quiet, but it was perfect for us, we hate loud restaurants and had lots of catching up to do, so we could hear each other perfectly without having to shout! This was our first visit and we look forward to returning.”

“Upon entering the atmosphere was great, very polite and friendly, the small appetiser that me and friend shared was really good, the food was really delicious, flavourful, wasn’t cold or undercooked, the dessert was super light but had really good flavour across all layers of the lemon cheesecake. “What a gorgeous little restaurant! The food was delicious, I had a really good quality thick steak and my partner’s lamb shank was also spot on. Seriously impressed and the service was fantastic, Samed looked after us and was absolutely brilliant as was his colleague. Really great service and really great food, such a great place. “'La Sensationale' Me and my partner have just been for the 1st time, and had a meal on a Saturday evening (6.00pm sitting). The place was packed when we walked in, so we thought that must be a good sign!? All courses were GORGEOUS and the portion sizes, although at first appearance seemed rather small, were actually just right! All staff that served us were lovely; very friendly and polite, which helped to make our visit feel extra special... This included the manageress who clearly runs a very well controlled operation as empty tables were cleared, cleaned and reset in a very fast and efficient manner! The place remained packed throughout our 2 hour stay, and we will definitely be returning very soon! A SPECIAL THANKS GOES TO MAGDALENA, WHO PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGHOUT!! “We had gone for a beautiful walk in this village and came across this beautiful restaurant. Unknowingly we went there without booking a table but the hospitality was amazing. The food was top notch with amazing presentation. Loved the food especially the lamb chops and jerk chicken. Recommend this place.”

“Visited Cocos last night with my husband. All I can say is fantastic from start to finish. Atmosphere was lovely, staff were amazing who couldn’t do more for us. The chef greeted us which was a lovely personal experience. And the food delicious. Will definitely be going back again. You’ll need to book though.”

“The food here was absolutely delicious and well presented. The early bird menu is great value for money and has a good selection of dishes on it. It was just less than £22 for 3 courses which is excellent. I had the bruschetta, sea bass and crembrule, each dish was very tasty. The decor was nice and the staff were friendly. Great experience.”

“What a lovely little restaurant. We ordered garlic bread with cheese - amazing. Then cannelloni and risotto for main. Both came piping hot and very tasty. Sticky toffee pudding and profiteroles for pudding. The profitaroles were the best I've ever tasted. Service was speedy and reasonably priced. Under £60 for 2 with drinks. Definitely worth a visit. They also offered gluten free pasta and pizza.”

“Went for a birthday dinner, the staff were polite and pleasant throughout and the owner was beyond lovely, treating all his customers and staff with tremendous respect. The food quality is outstanding and the portions are generous with very fair prices for what you receive. 10/10 would eat there again.”

“We went for the classic afternoon tea. We usually don't like the top dessert layer but this was the best one we ever had. The food was fresh. Scones just out of the over. The service was attentive but not overbearing which is the perfect balance. I would recommend it to try the alcoholic drinks too they had a great collection. Not many tea options but the ones we tried were very good quality with nice taste. A place we would definately re visit when they change the menu.”

“I love it here. I come all the time for food and/or drinks. Every time the staff and experience is brilliant. The cocktails are unique and inventive. They also do happy hour on the cocktails and oysters! Food is lovely and creative too. They change the menus seasonally, which means you get to try lots of different stuff each time you visit.”

“We visited one four five this afternoon for lunch in a party of three and we enjoyed a lovely lunch time meal of baked potato with cheese and bacon accompanied with a salad dressing and our other friend had egg royal with salmon. Follled by a cheeky Procesco. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon lunch.”

“The Royal is an hidden gem the food is outstanding all home cooked, and excellent value for money. The menu caters for all, the Sunday lunches are amazing all freshly prepared and if you don’t have room for your dessert you can take it home. The homemade pies a choice of Cheese or Meat are freshly made by Alison are a worth a try they are delicious. It is well worth a visit and the prices are extremely reasonable. The staff go above and beyond they are so friendly especially Alison & Nicola.”
