“I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here. As a managing director of a company I decided I was capable of reclaiming PPI on an M&S account. After months of paperwork & frustration the ombudsman found in my favour but M&S successfully appealed. I was sent a letter asking me to sign if I wanted to resubmit my claim at a later date. I signed the form then contacted Claim Eazy, gutted my claim would be reduced by paying a fee! However it was worth every penny as they did in less than 6 Months what I'd been unable to achieve in over a year with numerous letters & phone calls. Don't let anyone ever tell you it's easy to do it yourself as this is a myth!! Claim Eazy were professional helpful & efficient & I can't recommend them highly enough”
