My daughter was confident to sit her GCSE’s especially after having the extra booster sessions. Communication has been excellent and I greatly appreciate catering for our last minute needs. “Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!”

Wards A and B a shining example of professional caring and fabulous leadership. The hospital is very clean, lovely choice of food and drinks. Outpatients great information and assistance whenever I needed appointments or made enquiries. Physio team and anyone else I met were kind and caring. You should all be very proud of yourselves and the patient care you provide. Stay 26th to 28th June 2025.”

“My little one has been going here for a year now and honestly its the nicest nursery. If your kid is outdoorsey this is perfect place as the kids go out for walks round the park and play out a lot. The girls looking after the kids are amazing and attention to detail to each kids needs are looked after well. Would reccomend.”

“I have bought from this branch a few times over the years and I have always found the staff to be lovely and professional. A few years ago I had an issue with a table that arrived damaged but wasn't damaged in store. The staff here sorted it. Then a few days ago I ordered two couches and the woman on the till who took the money for the couches had written I paid for them but hadn't put the delivery date for the friday in the diary. So I waited in and they didn't arrive. Spoke to a guy with a lush irish accent and he sorted it to arrive the next day. He was very apologetic and dealt with the problem quickly. So all the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience. The items in the store seem to be in good condition. Theres a mix of preowned and new. The new items are more expensive but the preloved are reasonably priced. The two couches I got were about 300 in total for a 2 seater and a 3 seater and they're well made. They don't feel as flimsy as an ikea couch, they feel stronger.”

“The walk in centre Nurse Harriet is such a asset to this unit. Nurse Harriet is Very polite, calm and understanding. Also a very quick result from triage to xray and then the results. Made the visit in terrible pain not seem daunting. Thank you for your care”

“My husband was rushed to Salford Royal after a very bad fall. They did many MRI scans he had several fractures, broken ribs and other damage. Staff on the ICU were wonderful, we cannot thank them enough for the care they gave him and our family. Sadly he passed away after seven days. I know how hard it can be on nurses when they loose a patient. So thank you nurses on ICU 2”

“Excellent care at Arden Ward Stepping Hill Cannot praise the entire staff highly enough ,they are a superb compassionate caring skilled and expert team working hard for all patients. What started as a very scary experience became very rapidly a great healing process. The ward is modern and well looked after, constant cleaning,nice comfy chairs,great occupational therapy classes available each weekday, food is delivered cipus with home made soups and desserts and a choice of food daily. The nursing staff in their entirety including the night staff work extremely hard to support and encourage patients ,they're very skilled at encouraging healthy choices to assist healing. Nice touches like the 9 pm toast makes it surprisingly homely Don't be afraid if you have to stay-at-home the staff will care for you so well with dedication and enthusiasm.”

I always receive compliments on how lovely my colour is and asked where I have it coloured. Its a lovely friendly salon, they're professional and maintain cleanliness and covid regulations which gives confidence”

“My daughter has been going to Space Station since she was 14 months old. She has been very happy in all the rooms from babies through to Waddlers and Toddlers. She loves playing and dancing with her little friends and the staff make a really big effort with lots of great activities and themed weeks. Kim - the manager - is always very responsive, helpful and accommodating and was from our very first visit to look around. My daughter used reusable nappies and staff were happy to accommodate these too. I would definitely recommend Space Station!”
