The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. I’ve been here a couple of times before for MOTs, and they’ve always been accommodating and professional. What I really appreciate is how honest and transparent they are about prices and what work actually needs doing — no unnecessary add-ons, just straightforward advice. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the team clearly take pride in their work. Overall, a reliable and trustworthy garage that genuinely cares about its customers. “Had a great retirement party upstairs. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble . We used the resident DJ who was very good . We were also able to use our own caterer. Everyone commented on how big and nice the room is . Definitely recommend.”

“I went to Java after parkrun with a couple of park running friends. It was recommended by the team at Hyde parkrun and I can see why. There’s a really good range of food and drink available, and the prices are very reasonable indeed. We each had a really tasty, freshly baked pain au raisin, and one friend had the scrambled eggs on toast. This, along with three hot drinks, came in under £14. The service was first class, and they kindly replace one of the drinks I managed to spill. There’s only limited seating inside, but plenty of space outside. Highly recommended.”

“This place was my haven as i travelled unexpectadly.The owners were very accomodating&friendly and it felt like a home from home.Food was homecooked beautifully.Room was both reasonable and cleaned to a high standard.i thought it may have been noisy with it located close to a main road but no,it was very comfortable and peaceful.”

“What a fabulous place! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We visited last Saturday for breakfast. It was super cold, but we cosied up in a little hut with a wood burner, cushions and blankets and a stunning view (dress warmly). The drinks were divine and food delicious. Great value too, £50 for four of us. Perfect!”
