“Fantastic serloin steak for a work meeting out. Cooked perfectly with a nice intense charcoal flavour. The grilled halloumi with pesto was very nice touch, delicious. Very polite and attentive service in a comfortable environment. If I had to fault something my only grumble would be the long Island ice tea had too much lime which made the coke fizz flat and drink sharp (I am highly critical of cocktails)”

“Love that this place walking distance from my house, home for the best Cajun chicken and Halloumi sandwich anywhere on the land. Have it every Saturday lunchtime and look forward to it every week!”

“Food is top notch and had a great meal. Walked in and kinda stood in the middle awkwardly waiting to been seen too, it looked like they were having issues with one of the machines, thought someone would have acknowledged us or asked if we wanted a seat (if someone said hi be with you in a second we won't of felt weird, like we were in the middle of their service). We approached one of the waitresses and asked if we can sit outside, found a space and was given a menu, asked if we wanted a drink straight away but said we needed time to review the menu as it was our first time here. Our waitress was very younger and honest with her description about the food. The menu sounded tasty and wanted to try it all, but settled for the eggs Benedict, my partner getting the salmon and I got the bacon. Ordered a passion fruit smoothie and a pineapple smoothie too, these came out very quickly and were very refreshing, the passion fruit was sweet and sharp and was a decent amount. We were told that my bacon dish would come out later as they ran out of supplies and asked if I was happy to wait and I agreed, 5minutes later both of our meals came out and looked fantastic! The garlic spinach was bang on, not over powering at all, the bacon was real bacon, tasted of good quality and decent amount and the eggs were a little over for my liking but tasty none the less. The potatoes were well seasoned and very crispy, enjoyed dipping into some ketchup. Fantastic meal and highly recommend it. My partners dish looks scrumptious too. After both finishing our meals, we were satisfied and happy with the meal we had just had but wanted a sweet treat. We ordered a plate of pancakes to share, best decision of the day. Three beautifully stack pillows with caramelised banana in-between with just the right amount of Nutella on.. the picture can not convey how tasty this was! Although we had a great experience here, some other patrons didn't, two people had a delay with their coffee which they made very clear to the rest of the diners, telling everyone how they had waited a long time as they left, turns out busy bees were having issues with the coffee machine and the diners were told, even given a brownie for the delay but still left disgruntled. Another table waited the entire length of our meal (two courses) to be served hers only to be packaged up for her to take away. Amazing to have something like this so close to us and can't wait to visit again, it is new and more can be done to refine the service making it more smooth and to help all patrons have the same experience but I'm really happy something like this is here (Perhaps giving roles or sections/tables to stop doubling up (one table was asked if the food was okay by three different waitresses)). Definitely coming back again for the food, well worth a visit!”

“Great cafe 10 minute drive from chill factore / Trafford centre. Small / medium sized cafe, no booking taken over the phone for breakfast, first come first served. We arrived @ 11am and it was very busy. Had to wait about 20 mins for a table but was absolutely worth it and staff where polite and kept us updated whilst we waited. Brunch menu served till 12.30 Cooked breakfast / loaded potato skins / smoked salmon & egg / pancakes etc…. Went for the big cooked breakfast which was truly superb. Hashbrowns i think are home made, and lovely, as re the Cumberland sausage etc. The whole thing was big and filling Would definitely recommend and will return again.”

“This is a lovely little cafe on Pepper Road Industrial Estate and you can takeaway. I had a mango and berry smoothie and a sweet chilli and cheese panini. Both were absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back! The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.”

“Where do I start…. Firstly, I have just left this establishment. I wasn’t disappointed. Flynn was my server. As an avid tapas lover who has visited many other businesses , I can confidently say that I have never had a server as kind and helpful, he really made the experience worth it . he was great. “I held my sons 9th birthday party at The Lobby, and it was amazing. The kids loved it, and my son said it was by far the best birthday party he has ever had. All the kids loved it. The lovely couple there were so nice and helpful. They provided plates, cups , and drinks for the kids (and the parents)! We felt so welcomed and looked after. “Having a large choice of Indian food in Cheadle village it could be difficult to choose which restaurant you would go to. Not anymore.....The food at Veeda was spectacular serving one of the best curries we've ever eaten. The food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The service was impeccable and nothing was too much. We usually would go to another local Indian restaurant but we now have a new go too.”

“Staying one night in Manchester, and saw this Caribbean place, so had to give it a try, I got the rice and peas with goat curry, and a lamb patty. The food tasted so good! I got the normal portion which was just right, the mutton just fell apart it was so tender, I would highly recommend this place for your Caribbean fix. The music in the place has be wanting to move, the only downfall was that I had a long walk back to my hotel, but the food was worth the walk”
