Super awesome pizzas , now that’s what you call a pizza, I felt I was back in Italy non of those fat stojjy pizzas these were thin crust baked and delicious. Oh and the amazing lamb meat donna was fantastic not to forget the buffalo’s strips they were delicious . Oh and if you love spicy hot then rest assured you’ve come to the right place. “A spur of the moment decision on a Sunday late Sunday afternoon. A Walk in without a reservation late on Sunday afternoon, the pub was relatively busy and there was a small queue of people waiting to be seated. Whilst guest were being seated, the lady behind the bar could see that we were waiting. She stopped what she was doing, she greeted us with a cherry hello, and confirmed if we had a reservation which we haven’t. She said it was no bother had a table available And it will only take two ticks to wipe down and set up. We both went for the Sunday lunch one roast beef one roast lamb the meals came to the table within 20 minutes and I have to say one of the best Sunday lunches I’ve had in years we finished off With one cheesecake and two spoons. The staff here at the Horton were most definitely on their a game when we visited on Sunday. Polite professional and welcoming. We will most definitely be returning to the Horton Arms.”

“Dropped in on the off chance as something had dropped off the bottom of my car and was dragging on the road. I was welcomed straight in and into the ramp, where the car was fixed immediately. “For the last four years we have visited Lancaster park and animal farm for Halloween and every year it gets better. The big kid in me particularly loved this year's theme of harry potter. The staff always go to so much effort staying in character and making sure everyone has fun! Lots of animals to see and feed and a large field filled with pumpkins to choose from. Particularly enjoyed the new marshmallow toasting set up! As always an amazing day, reasonably priced, lots to see and do and will definitely be back again next year!”
