“There are only 2 chinese places I will order from and Chan's is one of them. The food is always tasty and they deliver it so quickly. I personally have never had a problem with any food here and have been a customer for years. Last night I ordered Beef, Green peppers and Black Bean with a portion of Egg Fried Rice. I made a note on my order asking for the Beef dish to be spicy and as usual Chan's made my food spicy! The food came piping hot. The rice was soft and fluffy and the beef was lovely.”

“Fancy Sweet and Sour chicken at 11am - no problem! This place has a full array of Chinese meals freshly cooked and ready to purchase daily. Great selection, and very reasonable prices. The meal int he phot was enough for 2 and it was £7.40. Highly recommended. We went Monday late morning in half term and the vibe was relaxed and chilled out. Perfect”

“Can't believe there's bad reviews for this place. We phone through regular orders and they're always ready promptly and taste great. Friendly service, a charming lady there who wouldn't even take a tip, we almost argued when I insisted! Free prawn crackers with larger orders. Brilliant! What more could you possibly want?!”

“I was taken to oodles by a friend who's been several times before. As I normally don't try a new place without recommendations I was expecting something good. Place was packed out, but service was lightning quick! It's a simple idea, but it works really well. You pick the small, medium or large box then add sides and mains. Medium box was packed full and I struggled to finish it so you're going to have to be hungry if you go for the large box. Food was tasty and starters were just as good. Highly recommended for anyone who likes Chinese food especially if you're in a rush!”

“A friend ordered us a takeaway from here last night after raving about the lamb chops to us. The chops and the rest of the food did not disappoint, the chops where tender and full of flavour, the curry sauce was a great portion and the garlic cheese naan was the best I’ve ever had. All the food was hot still considering it was coming to us in longsight. 10/10 for the whole package.”

“Superb food, friendly helpful staff, what more could you ask for? Having not eaten here before we decided to try a few dishes and had the chicken pad Thai, chicken drunken noodles, spring rolls, prawn toast, spicy chicken wings and a king prawn dish whose name escapes me. Oh and prawn crackers with sweet chilli sauce. No complaints at all. The food was stunning and was devoured by the whole family. My daughter was caught off guard by how spicy the pad Thai was but she had a feast of everything else.”

“Called in today and had the afternoon tea bought from Groupon . We were met and served by Shadi who was very friendly and her service was the best. The sandwiches and cakes were excellent especially my favourite the Tiramasu . The restaurant was very clean and tastefully decorated . Will definitely return again .”

“I’m not sure why it’s rated so low! I had local takeaways that were rated a lot higher and I was constantly disappointed. I ordered from this place and I finally found local salt and pepper chips that great. The portions were big and the delivery driver was friendly.”

“Consistent every single time - I've dined in and ordered via Deliveroo since it was opened and they haven't let me down when it came to taste and the quality of food. I've tried Big John's smashes burgers, loaded chips, supreme chicken burger and Asian style pizza. The staff are very friendly and I got the opportunity to meet and chat with the regional manager too. They take feedback seriously and always looking got perfecting their recipes by giving you a feedback form to fill in. I've not been dissapointed so far and I hope they keep up the high standards.”

“It’s pricier than places like itsu for sushi but it’s loads better. Best meal is the chicken curry, they heat it for you and it’s the best meal you can buy for lunch within a 15 minute walk of my office. Costs about £8 but would work great as a dinner if you wanted it. Service can be a bit slow, blunt and disorganised but I bet staff are rushed off their feet. Don’t know why people don’t shout about Nudo more.”

“I got the Korean spicy fried chicken with rice, 2 veg spring rolls, 2 veg dumplings and 2 veg sushi for £10! Such good variety of food for the price.”

“Our restaurant at work! Staff are friendly, always smiling. Place kept clean, food actually tasty, always choices. Pre- packed or freshly made sandwiches available or hot food. Main restaurant closes at 2 but you can still grab a jacket potato or sandwich after that time. Reasonable prices, too! Plus, they do breakfast! They close just to swap over from breakfast and lunch.”
