“I visit here quite a lot with my partner as the food is always great and he just loves the hot chocolate from there. The staff are always polite and great to talk to while you wait, if they are not busy of course serving other customers. It's a warm friendly environment with places to sit both in and out the establishment. If you're on the move they do indeed do take out. The food and drink are always piping hot so you it's going to be good. Just don't do a me where I've been to impatient and drank/ate it before it cooled down.”

“Had a meal for two last night. Well worth the money. Chose keema madras nicest I've ever tasted and i can moan if it's not right. Second choice chicken tikķa masala beautiful a little bit too much coconut for me but was lovely. All in all the food well worth the money. Definitely ordering again x”

“I had heard good things about this place from a friend and as I was travelling home from work my son amd I decided to swing in. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff are really lovely and the food was top notch. Needless to say we left feeling very full and happy. “So enjoyed this our first visit and far exceeded our expectations- easy and free to park by simple registering your vehicle at the console by the bar. Spacious, well lit, beautifully set out with windows offering views of the canal basin ,its boats and nice canal walks in both directions. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Plenty of tables inside and on the terraces outside. Lovely atmosphere and ambiance and includes historic photos of canal and boating life. Dog and child/ family friendly. Usy on our mid lunchtime mid week visitGreat selection on menu and reasonable prices and such delicious food ( great coffee too) Will certainly visit again soon and likely do so regularly from hence. Thanks to all the staff for making our visit a marvellous experience . I'd highly recom end this lovely pub restaurant.”

“I popped in the other day to get some last minute stuff for Christmas, and I didn’t realise it when picking it up that the milk bottle was leaking. It was only at the till, when Kush, the guy serving me, pointed it out. He was very polite and apologetic about the leaky milk (which was nearly half empty at this point!) and let me go and get another bottle. Thank you Kush!!”

“I went in this evening and the team had an assessment going on which obviously would’ve been highly stressful for them as it is with any job having an audit. Despite this the service remained perfect, food was great and minimal interruption. The staff are an absolute credit to the store and even under stressful circumstances and being in a fast paced environment always make time to chat to customers, and it is much appreciated! I wanted to give a special mention to Ethan Green, who went above and beyond when I visited recently. He kindly helped me carry a couple of boxes of items that had been left at the branch, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference.
