“Lindsay was recommended to me when I was going through a particularly traumatic period during my divorce. It was an extremely stressful and difficult time and often hard to know where to turn for advice on how to cope and deal with the situations I was faced with. Lindsay gave me a safe and confidential space to share all those personal details about what I was going through and how it was affecting me. Not only that but she guided me through my jumbled thoughts and emotions supporting me in identifying how to move forward in the best way for myself and kids. Every session, she picked me up and helped me find the strength to carry on until things got better. She was there during the toughest moments. I highly recommend her to anyone who is faced with the challenges of divorce and the stress and confusion that brings.”
“I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”
“Can’t recommend Shay Trainor highly enough. I had a running injury a few months ago and went to see a physio in London who was unable to diagnose the issue but thought it was related to my hip. I was left unsure how to progress. I went to see Shay today who has assessed it as a piriformis syndrome and given me some exercises to work on. I am so relieved to have a diagnosis and also to have received expert advice on how to get back into running and fitness. A huge thank you to Shay. Your help is greatly appreciated.”
“My CBT therapist has supported me all the way when no one else was there. I have changed my lifestyle while coming here to become better like quitting smoking, starting the gym, taking my anti depressants which have helped me tackle some of the things going on in my head and in my life. It’s not gone away, there are days I still struggle very much and I still have so much more to overcome. I seen all the bad reviews and I’m sorry you had a negative experience, but I just wanted to share my positive experience attending this therapy.”
“I’ve worked with Matt for 7 years and he’s definitely improved my core strength and flexibility. His 815 Monday class is enjoyable and painful in equal measures!”
“I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery! I am SO GRATEFUL to Lindsey and the team for all their expertise, hard work and dedication. They are an amazing team. I would (and do) recommend it to everyone I can!!!”
“Large rooms with power points. The furniture is of a good standard and the kitchen is a very good standard. The cafe area near the kitchen has lovely circular tables that we covered in pretty tablecloths with artificial flowers on each table, each table could easily sit six. There is a creche area for younger children, clean toilets near the entrance way. A security system to gain access to the building that requires a code, so you can keep your younger children safe from wondering outside unattended. And let only your party in when you have hire of the hall. Large car park as well”
