“Last week we were [invited] to Sotto for "Tales of the Med" with Stir by night which involved bottomless tapas, paella, pizza and pasta Sotto is a fusion of Spanish and Italian cuisines which has resulted in a combination of homely, fresh food made with passion. Our night began with a coktail, the first of many....so the concept for this night was to bring s bottle of spirits which the @stirbynight guys would craft into genius cocktails as we feasted. I was very impressed with every drink they made with my favourite being gin based and served in a glass of powered beetroots, this resulted in a vibrant shokicng pink cocktail The food was crazy. Not just in flavour but in quantity! I have never been so full that I have had to force myself to eat mushroom and truffle ravioli before, it's a favourite of mine and I was tortured by its beautiful smell as I collapsed in a glutenous heap We were served pizza, Spanish tortilla, patatas bravas and olives before a very unique dish was served (The 4th picture) At first glance I thought this was a paella, but it was actually made of pasta cut finely and cooked with clams and parsley. It was very unusual and like nothing I've had before, personally I did not enjoy this as much as the actual paella that was served later on The chicken paella was absolutely beautiful, it was cooked in a traditional method from the region of Spain the owner Athena is from. I filled up on this a bit too much but paella is up there in the lisy of my favourite foods My favourite dish was the deep fried ravioli! Stuffed with spinach and ricotta, deep fried and topped with a tomato based sauce with Chorizo. This was incredible!! Definitely an amazing invention and a trend needing to kick off Overall we had an amazing experience, theres too much food to talk about. Big thank you to Sotto and Stir by Night for having us. “The Wilmslow Lodge is in a good location,quiet and just minutes from the town centre.We had a nice ground floor room with a good comfortable bed, great TV and it's just feet away from our pub/restaurant.The carpark is just outside the door and there's plenty of space.An ideal place to stay for a great weekend away.”

“Amazing! Nicola is a the exact person you want to see in a play centre/restaurant. Me and my children were welcomed from the front door (first time) and showed the play area, made conversation and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nicola is clearly a child friendly lady (surprisingly not all play centre staff are!) she was happy, energetic, polite, funny and looked after everyone there even as it got busier. A massive relief to feel like this when you have a child who can be easily overstimulated and the reaction of new adults and environments can have a huge affect on behaviour. Tilly was so happy and couldn’t wait to get in and also spoke to Nicole as she clearly felt comfortable. Great play area for my 3 and 1 year old. After attending many play areas the staff make a huge different to wanting to return! Nicola told us about the sessions we will definitely be attending for SEN. We were greeted by jess she was very nice and friendly and showed us our seats and after a few moments taken our order just before our food came out she told us it won't be a few minutes. “This is the best travelodge I have stayed in. I have had the opportunity to stay in many over the years and this little travelodge exceeded all expectations. Yes it's an old road side style travelodge ut the staff are friendly and maintain the property very well. The reception smells nice with fresh flowers and the corridor and rooms are exceptionally clean. Well done to the staff going above and beyond.”

“We visited in a family group. The carvery food was basic and straightforward food. It isn't gourmet food but it was tasty, very affordable and generous. The staff were attentive and helpful. Booking is recommended as it is a popular place to eat. I would definitely go again thanks to the affordability factor!”

“My daughter loved this nursery (and I did too). She started at 1 and stayed through till age 4 attending the Pre-school. I feel this nursery is very child centred, always keen to meet individual needs (Unlike some of the larger corporate nurseries). The staff are caring and the staff turnover is low. Management provide excellent customer service and you can really tell this is a family run business and the people running the nursery care. They also cater excellently for dietary needs. I feel they go above and beyond and for the children. Lots of exciting and well thought out events. I would recommend this nursery to any new parent.”
